Which Camp is Right For You?
ONL Camps (Competitive Foundations, Level Up, Girls Camps) are open to any players from house league / Selects / competitive teams looking to develop their skills and game in the off-season and who may be looking to move to the next level in the 2025-26 regular season.
Raise Your Game ONL Camp will be directed by Coach Aidan Kanji (Assistant Coach for ONL U14-AAA in 2024-25) with ONL-X Senior players as camp counsellors.
Coach Kanji will be working with Ottawa Next Level Technical Development; leveraging the ONL Coaching Curriculum that was introduced for the 2024-25 season. The ONL Coaching Curriculum is a blueprint for all ONL coaches on the age-specific skills and concepts that are to be taught to competitive players.
ONL-X Futures is designed for the experienced Selects / Competitive player looking towards a future at a more competitive level.
ONL-X Rise Camp is designed for serious student athletes only, who are looking to take their game to the next level. This camp is very intense, hence half a day:)
This intensive training program focuses on skill development, game strategy, game knowledge and mental toughness. Players will participate in advanced drills, competitive scrimmages, and classroom sessions to fine-tune their technique and improve their basketball IQ. With a focus on competition and high-intensity training, this camp is ideal for dedicated players who are looking to play ONL-X in the coming season.
ONL Competitive Foundations, ONL Level Up and ONLX Futures camps are co-ed.
ONL Girls ONLY camps are directed by Coach Sean Dey (Head Coach for ONL U13 Girls in 2024-25). Coach Dey has coached both ONL and High School basketball for many years and looks forward to these development camps tailored to the needs of female athletes.
