Annual General Meeting

June 24, 2013 7:00 pm

The KYBA- Annual General Meeting will be held @ the Boston Pizza located in the Centrum structure on June 24th, 2013, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

The meeting agenda consists of topics such as:

1-A season in review- budget, program, executive positions;
2-Special project updates: Gym facility & Kyba- ONL;
3-Recognition awards: MVP & volunteers;
4-Scholarship award winners

The executive needs to fill the following positions:

Director of equipment, and the duties include: the maintenance of an inventory of KYBA equipment and supplies; coordinating the repair of equipment as required; identifying equipment, supplies, and uniform, needs; and ensuring the timely return of all equipment

Chief Referee, and the duties include: providing training and development of the in-house referees; ensuring referees are familiar with applicable house rules; arranging in consultation with the various convenors referees for house league games and tournaments; recommending a fee scale for the in-house referees; and arranging for the payment of service through the Director of Finance.

Secretary, and the duties include:  advise all Executive members regarding upcoming KYBA meetings; take minutes at Executive Committee meetings and KYBA general meetings; distribute minutes to all members of the Executive; obtain and maintain copies of correspondence issued or received on behalf of the KYBA
