Due to the cancellations last weekend we have had to change the details of this weekend's skills sessions.
All players are invited to attend the following skills session:
Saturday, Sep. 29, 9:00am to 11:00am at W. O. Mitchell ES, 80 Steeplechase Drive
Please note there is only one session of two hours and players are not separated by age. All players attend the full two hour session.
The purpose of the skills session is to learn about basketball, have fun and evaluate the players in order to create balanced teams. All players are encouraged to attend.
Please have your daughter wear running shoes and clothing that is suitable for a high level of physical activity. Watches, necklaces and jewelry should not be worn on the court. A water bottle is also a good idea.
