Notice to All KYBA Members

Subject:   KYBA Special General Meeting – November 15th, 7:30pm, Kanata Recreation Complex

The KYBA Executive has called a special general meeting for Sunday, November 15th, 7:30pm.  The meeting will be held at the Kanata Recreation Complex (Hall C), 100 Charlie Rogers Place, Kanata. All KYBA members are invited to attend.  

The agenda is as follows:

1. Call the meeting to order

2. Elect a Director of Equipment

• Please note that Dave Blackwood has performed this role as an appointee of the Executive since June 2015.  He is letting his name stand for this election.

3. Elect a VP House League Boys

• Please note Rick Delorme has performed this role as an appointee of the Executive since July 2015.  He is letting his name stand for this election.

4. Propose motion to amend the KYBA constitution (Article VI, Section 6.02)

   • Motion to grant voting rights to the Director of Publicity, effective immediately.  

5. Elect a Director of Publicity (If the above motion is approved)

• Please note that Erin Yamazaki has been serving as Director of Publicity since August, 2014.  She will let her name stand for this position should there be an election.
