Annual General Meeting

The KYBA- Annual General Meeting will be held @ the Boston Pizza located in the Centrum structure on June 24th, 2013, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

The meeting agenda consists of topics such as:

1-A season in review- budget, program, executive positions to be filled;
2-Special project updates: Gym facility & Kyba- ONL;
3-Recognition awards: MVP & volunteers; or/and,
4-Scholarship award winners

The executive needs to fill the following position: Director of equipment, and the duties include the maintenance of an inventory of KYBA equipment and supplies; coordinating the repair of equipment as required; identifying equipment, supplies, and uniform, needs; and ensuring the timely return of all equipment.
